How to update a REQUEST ticket in the iTop (helpdesk) ticket system.

9.1 - To Resolve a ticket click the "Other Actions".

You will probably have to select "Assign" again to 'assign' the ticket to yourself - even if it is already assigned to you. See steps 5.1 & 5.2 if you need a refresher on how to assign the ticket to yourself. If not, then go to step 9.2 to continue.
