As the Dallas Makerspace grows, so does our legal accountability as a non-profit corporation. We as an organization need to be aware of our legal bounds with spending and purchases.

While it might seem unfair or misleading, there are laws that maintain a higher standard than basic and pure honesty and integrity. We as a non-profit corporation need to ensure that we also keep the appearance of impropriety at bay.

This page is broken into 4 groups; terms and definitions, rules around those terms, use cases of types of activities at Dallas Makerspace, how we as Dallas Makerspace apply these rules internally.
