MOTION: Approve science chemical storage rules:
"
To the Science Committee of the Dallas Makerspace:

You are hereby directed to keep a proper inventory of all chemicals in the possession of the committee are stored onsite. This shall include the name quantity, format, and location of all chemicals stored in the science area. This direction shall also include keeping a binder, in the format provided, of SDS/MSDS sheets for each of the chemicals identified on the inventory. The binder shall be located either attached to the chemical fire cabinets or in a visibly obvious location in their immediate vicinity. The inventory and the SDS/MSDS binders will be updated as chemicals are brought into the area for storage and as they are depleted. In any event, they will be certified to be updated or that there has been no change at least once every month not later than the committee meeting. Said certification shall be indicated by a date on the inventory sheets. 

Failure to achieve the directives herein within two weeks of the date of this document will result in the Science Committee being unable to store any chemical whatsoever in the Science area or elsewhere at Dallas Makerspace.
