BUDGET

The chair read the budget report and discussed the balance. There is funding that has accumulated from members teaching classes before COVID. The plan is to

spend some of the money on the following items. Listed in order of importance.

1). Fire safe cabinet, $500

2). Tall red supply cabinet, $219

3). Computer monitor for dedicated lab computer, $100-200

4). WF 7720 Wide Format Printer, $300

5). Press movers to move donated press

DISCUSSION ABOUT PRINTER & SOFTWARE:

WF 7720 Wide Format Printer can print to max size of 11 x 17 and 13 x 19

Printer Supples Needed once printer is purchased: approx. $150-200 in consumables

Cartridges, Kit of (4)

Transparencies, 11 x 17 and/or 13 x 19

Head Cleaner Fluid

ADOBE SOFTWARE:

Adobe software is available with your DMS membership. Must setup your login on the lab computer.

CoralDraw is used to create artwork in screen printing industry.

PRESS MOVING PLAN:

Need (6) movers to move the press.

Cinder blocks are part of the move and go with the press.

A table needs built to put the press on, perhaps someone from DMS could build it.
